Nationwide Tracked Shipping

We offer nationwide tracked shipping across South Africa, delivered directly to your door.

Our Shipping Process

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. We’ll then begin processing your order.

Processing & Shipping

Your order will be carefully prepared, packaged, and handed over to our delivery partner.

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.

Please allow up to 12 hours for the tracking information to activate and show movement. Once your order is shipped, we’re unable to cancel or reroute it.

Delivery

Delivery typically takes 6 to 9 business days from the date your order is received by us.

Please Note: 

In the event an item is temporarily out of stock, it may need to be sourced from our international suppliers. This could extend the delivery timeframe by approximately 15 to 20 working days.

Tracking:

Use your tracking number to monitor your package’s progress and estimated delivery date.
